Coffee Labs Roasters

First time customer long time coffee enthusiast.. Stumbled into this shop unaware of what to order immediately I was greeted and offered a sample of a delicious chocolate chip cookie. I had the pleasure of meeting Lauren who took her time to help me select a drink and made me the most incredible iced chai latte with espresso. There is also a very comfy outdoor seating. Strongly recommend if you’re in the lower westchester area…

This coffee shop stood out to me after visiting from the East Hamptons, and it truly exceeded expectations. The coffee has a remarkably natural and high-quality taste. I also asked about studying there, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. The atmosphere is both friendly and comfortable, making it an ideal place to spend time. It absolutely deserves a five-star rating.

This coffee shop is truly an experience, not just a place to grab a drink. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with a beautiful, airy interior filled with natural light, floral lighting accents, and a trendy, welcoming vibe. There’s plenty of seating, making it perfect whether you want to relax, catch up with a friend, or get some work done. I also loved that they have merch and coffee available for sale, it adds to the whole experience. I enjoyed seeing their environment conscious cups, straws and muffin wrappers! Even the bathroom stood out it’s incredibly unique and thoughtfully designed, which just shows the level of detail put into the entire space. Now let’s talk about the espresso… wow. Easily one of the best I’ve had in a while. It’s so good, I’d gladly drive 15 minutes just to get my daily dose from Lab Roasters. The staff made the visit even better. Alex and another gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) handled my order and were both so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Parking is available, which makes the visit even more convenient. I had the banana walnut muffin and caramel latte, both were super tasty and delicious. I can’t wait to come back!

This Coffee Labs location makes me and my partners day at LEAST 2x a week. We look forward to not only a delicious cup of tea/coffee but the incredible service. As a tea drinker there are a plethora of choices from chia, to herbal both iced&hot and even my personal favorite London Fog! A team of dedicated and passionate staff at coffee labs. Hot drinks at perfect temp. They go the extra mile to ensure consistency and building community over rushed turnover. WE LOVE YOU FRIENDS @ COFFEE LABS, SEE YOU SOON! ❤️

Love this place! Even as a non-coffee drinker, they have a ton of options — full-leaf teas, 2 types of chai, matcha, seasonal drinks like cider and hot chocolate. Pastries are so good (the scones!) and the baristas are always so helpful and kind. Plus the atmosphere is cozy and clean, and the bathroom being in an old vault is a fun touch.
